A little about me...

I’ve spent the last 15 years working for a large international organization, in a fast paced environment, across time zones, disciplines and projects. After much success in the corporate space, I'm embarking on a new consulting journey to bring my skills to a broader variety of industries and individuals.  

I am experienced in marketing, sales, communications, product marketing, strategy, team management, organizational design and leadership.  

Born and raised in Toronto, I am one of six children and my parents are, and always have been, a huge inspiration to me.  Their ability to multi-task, manage a busy household and continually evolve individually and together have absolutely shaped my work ethic and general outlook. I attribute much of my professional success to them; I lead with empathy, I focus on the important things and approach everything with a can-do attitude.

This, combined with a genuine interest in others success, has shaped me into a trusted people leader, with an ability to unlock individual strengths to improve teamwork, individual job satisfaction and results for the businesses I've supported.  

Outside of work, I am an avid marathon runner and have found that discipline around running has served me well in the professional sphere; time management, working through hard intervals, mindset, grit and perseverance play out time and again in the workplace too. 

Whether it is launching a new proposition, designing a campaign, driving synergy and collaboration in your teams or solving a new business challenge,  I bring energy, strategy, empathy and pragmatism.

In everything I do, I like to ensure there is a mix of challenge, fun and recognition/reward.
